Stayed 2 nights and it was a perfect match. the staff was super friendly and nice. 🌟

overall it is an incredibly beautiful and fantastic hotel and we truly enjoyed the stay, the location was perfect in a very cool neighborhood. the room is modern and essentials you need, including a fridge, tea/coffee making equipment, and ironing facilities, is right there. everyone is attentive and owner too. there are affordable prices in the property.

The standard room was immaculate, included a shower, hair dryers, and towels. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with feather pillows...

Free WiFi available, yay. Except for when it decides to take a nap and takes forever to load pages. Patience is not my strong suit.

I always choose this place for my stay. The first time, staff helped me with late checkin. It suits me perfectly, has free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, flat-screen TV. Coming back for Easter.

The location was perfect for my trip, and the staff incredibly helpful. Quick briefing on the city, daily room cleaning, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. Also loved having a kettle in the room for coffee and biscuits before work.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to catering to the needs of senior guests. While the children working there were friendly, I felt that there could have been more attention given to ensuring a better vacation experience for us.

A small suggestion for a better vacation experience for senior people would be to have a handrail installed in the bathroom. It would provide extra stability and support, ensuring a safer and more comfortable stay.
